School design principle: Environment Sustainable

Most materials in my ship school can be separate, especially ‘fast-recycling’ materials such as skin, space plan and service, which means once they are old-fashioned, we can still modify and refurbish them rather than destroy. And the structure is quite durable with low requirement to maintain it.

In today's world, Architecture, Environment and comfort are the most fundamental requirements of buildings. In order to reach these goals we need to discusses these different aspects respectively.

Environment

In terms of Environment currently, global warming is most likely responsible, at least in part, for the rising frequency and severity of extreme weather events — like floods, storms and droughts, and the damage these events have caused is a sign that requiresengineers, architects and planners to build buildings which are adequate for the changing environment.

Comfortable

In order to reach the goal of the comfortable most architects focus more on the green house projects. And here are some factors that we need to consider when design the green building namely Daylighting, Passive Solar Heating, Passive Cooling, Water, Stormwater Runoff, Acoustics and Air quality
